Jade Kitchen is a small family restaurant. We include our staff and our customers as family. The three owners of Jade are Wayne, Katherine, and Hailey Devers. Wayne, our chef, comes from an intense background of cooking for the last 30 years. Katherine runs the front of the house "fantastically" as our costumers say. Hailey, the rollerblading daughter of Wayne and Katherine may be young but helps out like a full employee. Jade Kitchen began in early 2008 and hopefully has several more years to come. Jade started out with no tables, chairs, silverware, or glasses. At this time our plans were to just be a catering company, but that changed quickly. We served our costumers outside, and they were happier then ever, since we had no indoor dining room until mid 2009. Having this addition made a BIG difference. We as a family feel our key to success will be to love each other and work as a team. ...
